The Friends of El Mirage is inviting the public to comment on its preliminary grant applications to the California State Parks Off-Highway Motor Vehicle (OHMVR) Division to help manage off-highway vehicle recreation opportunities on public lands.

The preliminary applications are available on the OHMVR Division’s Website at www.ohv.parks.ca.gov for review and comment from March 3, 2026 to May 4, 2026. The division’s website provides detailed instructions for accessing the preliminary application and submitting comments. Applicant names are found in the General Application Requirements under item 3.

The OLGA (Online Grants Application) database allows the public to read preliminary applications in a centralized location, and the Grants and Cooperative program allows for a public review and comment period.
